We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Admission Counselor to join our admissions team at CGC Jhanjeri . The Admission Counselor plays a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students who align with the college's mission and values. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of higher education, and the ability to guide students through the admissions process.
Job Description
  • Transport Management: Supervise the entire transport operations, vehicle scheduling, maintenance, driver coordination, and route optimization for staff and students.
  • Hostel Administration: Oversee hostel infrastructure, student discipline, safety, hygiene, warden coordination, and grievance redressal related to accommodation.
  • Mess & Cafeteria Oversight: Ensure quality food services, hygiene standards, vendor management, and student feedback implementation in mess and cafeterias.
  • Campus Maintenance: Manage upkeep of infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and housekeeping services. Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely repair and maintenance.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative services including security, campus cleanliness, and utility management.
  • Vendor & Staff Coordination: Monitor third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and supervise supporting administrative staff.
  • Budgeting & Compliance: Handle budget planning for admin operations and ensure all statutory and safety compliances are met.
  • Emergency & Crisis Management: Develop SOPs for emergencies like fire, accidents, or medical situations and coordinate necessary actions. |
Qualification Criteria:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or relevant field (preferred)
