At CGC University, Mohali, we are always striving to foster excellence at every touchpoint, and the same is also evident in our Bachelor of Science (Fashion Design) program. Formulated using modern foundations, this degree program arrives on the scene bearing an ability to make students well-equipped in the context of ideation and visualization, fashion illustration, pattern making, draping, as well as garment construction. Not just that, it also comes in handy to cultivate related skills like digital design, fabric construction, and textile surface ornamentation.

All those candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream from any Board recognised or established by Central / State Government through a legislation and member of Council of School Education (COBSE) with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination from any recognised board.
Initiated with scholarships worth Rs 5 crore awarded to 400+ students in 2021, the initiative grew to Rs 7 crore for 1,100+ students in 2022, further expanded to Rs 10 crore for 2,500+ students in 2023, and reached Rs 12 crore for 2,900+ students in 2024. Now, it is all set to award scholarships worth Rs 25 crore in 2025.
