Initiated with scholarships worth ₹5 Cr for 400+ students in 2021, the initiative grew rapidly, reaching ₹7 Cr for 1100+ students in 2022, ₹10 Cr for 2500+ students in 2023, and ₹12 Cr for 2900+ students in 2024. In 2025, the scholarship amount increased to ₹25 Cr, helping thousands of students. Now, for the academic year 2026–27, CGC University, Mohali is offering scholarships worth ₹50 Cr.
